Kimteks, since its establishment in 1983, has served as a raw materials supplier in many areas of the chemical sector. With the sense of responsibility that comes from being one of Turkey's first polyurethane systems manufacturers, we combine the enthusiasm of the first day with experience and take pride in being a leading organization in the sector. As Kimteks, in the polyurethane sector, we serve with product groups in 4 main sectors defined as Footwear, Flexible, Rigid and C.A.S.E. and we aim to serve every application. To summarize these applications briefly, sandwich panels and cold room panels, refrigerators, boilers and thermosiphons, tank and pipe insulation, spray insulation, decoration and furniture wood imitation, auto air and oil filters, molded foam and viscoelastic foam for furniture and automotive sectors, steering wheels, furniture armrests, shoe soles, slippers, occupational safety shoes, cast elastomers, spray elastomers, adhesives and binders. Therefore, we are a systems house with the technology and product range to address all of these applications and we are increasing our capabilities every day. In 2016, we strengthened our R&D team and aim to continue as an R&D Centre. In all markets and applications we serve and will serve, we place importance on continuous innovation, expertise and technical service. Our primary objective is to quickly and agilely solve unmet market needs, new product and application demands, and sector-specific and application-oriented problems. KIMFLEX FC035 Wins Approval from Office Furniture Sector!

Recently developed by the Kimteks Flexible R&D department, our new foam raw material KIMFLEX FC035 has become a product approved by our customers producing foam for office furniture. • Low basis weight, • High elasticity, • Superior flow and fill capability in monoblock moulds, • Odourless, • Wide working ratio range, • Ability to work at low mould temperature, • Problem-free operation in mould leakage, • Non-collapsing products with open cell structure.

High Performance and Quality in KIMFLEX FC035 Office Foam Production…

With low free density, its special formulation allows products to be obtained at lower basis weights. At the same time, it is designed with high elasticity reinforced with special polyols and low deformation. This product, which has become quite practical especially with its superior performance in thin and monoblock moulds, is supported with low VOC value catalysts and contains no components that could give any unpleasant odour. It has been freed from unwanted catalyst and polyurethane odours both during production and during the final consumer use phase of the finished product. The working range is kept wide, making it quite suitable for the production of a wide range of products from soft foam to hard foam forms. For this reason, it does not create noticeable hardness and quality differences even in small pressure and ratio deviations caused by equipment; it improves production quality. It demonstrates high performance especially during pressing periods until the moulds heat up in winter conditions. Having a perfectly balanced cell structure with open cell structure, it eliminates problems such as collapse, shrinkage, gassing and skin irritation. You can choose from our KIMFLEX® foam systems, which are ready for use, tested and approved by many customers before, and used in the market for decades, or you can request custom solutions we will develop for you.
