Kimpur Successfully Commissions All Ravago Reactors

Kimpur has further strengthened its production infrastructure by completing the installation of all reactors as part of its strategic collaboration with Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş.
Kimpur has completed installation of all reactors under its strategic partnership with Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş., further strengthening its production infrastructure.
In line with this partnership announced last May, the transfer of Ravago's polyurethane machinery fleet to Kimpur's Düzce facility created an additional 85,000 tonnes of capacity. With this investment, Kimpur reached a total production capacity of 280,000 tonnes, taking another significant step toward its goal of ranking among the world's largest producers in the sector.
Efficient and Automation-Focused Production Model
Through the integration of reactors transferred from Ravago, Kimpur substantially strengthened its production infrastructure. To ensure uninterrupted production, infrastructure components of all auxiliary facilities were integrated with one another to create backup systems, and processes were brought under automation control. In this way, energy efficiency was increased while continuity and operational reliability in production processes were secured.
As the largest outcome of these investments, facility infrastructure was strengthened in line with future growth projections and prepared for new investments. Kimpur thereby acquired infrastructure enabling it to flexibly increase production capacity according to customer demand.
Kimpur conducted its first production run with reactors transferred from Ravago in January, during which it successfully completed trial production of sandwich panel systems and refrigerator systems. Now, having completed installation of all reactors, it has further expanded its infrastructure supporting the production of polyester, rigid and flexible polyurethane foam systems and prepolymer groups. These new systems continue to be integrated into production processes in a manner contributing to Kimpur's expanding product portfolio.
Kimpur Chief Executive Officer Cavidan Karaca stated the following regarding the matter: "Under our partnership with Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş., we have completed installation of all transferred reactors and successfully integrated them into our production infrastructure. This strategic step provides us with a significant advantage in delivering faster and more flexible solutions to customer demand.
The Ravago reactors integrated into our facility have been carefully configured and a robust system has been created capable of responding to all future demands. With this investment, we further strengthened our position as the region's largest polyurethane systems house and remain committed to increasing our competitive strength in the global market."
Kimpur has further increased its competitive strength through enhanced production infrastructure and expanding production facilities. Thanks to modern production plants and integrated systems, it has achieved a flexible and efficient production structure suited to future growth objectives. With this investment, Kimpur will continue to strengthen its position in the global market and deliver innovative solutions that set direction for the sector.
