Precise Material Application: The Reactor 2 allows you to store up to 24 recipes, enabling quick, easy and effortless switching between materials. By reducing human error when entering set points, you spray material exactly as recommended by the material manufacturer. Provides electronic assembly protection against excessive power surges. For additional protection, Graco added a removable high-voltage shield to the system. In case of power surge, you only need to replace this small and inexpensive part instead of the entire electronic assembly circuit. All Reactor 2 models come with a spare high-voltage shield for immediate return to trouble-free operation.   Compact size occupying 40% less space than a conventional E-Reactor creates more free space in your vehicle. Take advantage of this by adding extra equipment, another Reactor or another chemical set. Ergonomic design with easily accessible, practical electronic assembly layout (on top of the system cabinet) that simplifies operation of the Reactor 2 and service application. Better spray performance compared to conventional electric Reactor systems. The Reactor 2 uses software in the motor control module to correct pressure fluctuations naturally seen in electric machines during pump transitions. The result is smooth, even spraying with the quality of a hydraulic machine. Faster and Easier Troubleshooting: The Reactor 2 features a new troubleshooting screen displaying a QR code. When you scan the QR code with your smartphone or computer, it takes you to a website with advanced current troubleshooting information. You can get started immediately. Better Fleet and Crew Management: You can now know when Reactors are operating, when they are on standby or shut down. Track productivity by crew or Reactor, prevent manual use-based errors and time loss. Track your Reactors with GPS tracking and receive instant notification if a Reactor or materials are used by unauthorized persons or outside business hours.

Four models of the Reactor 2 are available: • Reactor 2 E-30: Next-generation technology for spray foam insulation and polyurea. • Reactor 2 E-30i: Turnkey integrated proportioning system for spray foam insulation and coatings, applying up to 13.6 kg per minute (30 lb). • Reactor 2 E-XP2i: Turnkey integrated proportioning system for polyurea waterproof coatings and primers, applying up to 7.6 liters per minute (2 gallons). • Reactor 2 H-30, H-40 and H-50: Hydraulic spray foam equipment for medium to high output foam applications and roofing projects; applies up to 23.6 kg per minute (52 lb).
