Anmet Launches Chipboard Panels Made from Recycled Composites Anmet, a recycling company that has developed furniture and pedestrian bridge applications as a solution for reusing decommissioned composite wind turbine blades in recent years, announced that its latest product is a patented process for producing chipboard panels made from recycled end-of-life (EOL) composites for use by the construction industry. Andrzej Adamcio, owner of Anmet, explained that the company's early-stage wind blade reuse solutions aimed to draw attention to the problem of what to do with composite parts at their EOL and to demonstrate various possibilities for processing these EOL blades. Seeking a higher-volume mechanical recycling solution, Anmet is also working on independent research into developing a process to shred EOL composite parts and use them in chipboard production as a replacement for wood.
