SPATCO Energy Solutions Acquires MSCS SPATCO Energy Solutions ("SPATCO"), a leading supplier of innovative fluid handling equipment and services for oil, industrial, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and natural gas, has completed the acquisition of MSCS Ltd., a Dallas-based oil services company providing construction, installation and maintenance services. With the acquisition, SPATCO has expanded its geographic footprint to Texas, following its purchase of McKinney Petroleum Equipment and Petro Supply in January 2023. Supported by a team of field-trained technicians with specialized expertise, MSCS has provided high-quality construction and petroleum equipment repair services to its customers for the past 26 years. MSCS's services include general contracting featuring repair, maintenance and installation of leading equipment brands in use today, as well as extensive experience and expertise in field service station construction, fuel system installation, tank removal and tank testing.
