Petkim Tops "Stars of Exports 2023" List

Petkim ranked first in both overall and chemistry categories on Ege İhracatçı Birlikleri's "Export Stars 2023" list. According to a company statement, Petkim, a group company of SOCAR Türkiye, Turkey's largest integrated industrial group, was named Export Champion of the Ege Region. At the Export Stars Award Ceremony organized by Ege İhracatçı Birlikleri, Petkim's award was presented to Kanan Mirzayev, Deputy Head of SOCAR Türkiye Refinery and Petrochemicals Business Unit. Petkim, Turkey's first and only integrated petrochemicals facility, continues to achieve successful results through its integration with STAR Refinery, effective planning and optimization efforts. Petkim recorded total indirect and direct exports of USD 557 million by end-2023, making it the export champion of the Ege Region for the year. Source
