Unispace Group has acquired Bulb, a UK-based laboratory and office equipment specialist, as part of its ongoing growth strategy in the life sciences sector. Following the acquisition of BioPharma Engineering, a life sciences engineering consultancy, in 2022, this move demonstrates Unispace Group's continued commitment to expanding and developing its life sciences expertise and services globally. Bulb will begin operating as 'Unispace Life Sciences', part of Unispace Global, and will have a highly experienced team dedicated to creating inspiring facilities, laboratories and workplaces for this sector. Bulb designs and builds inspiring work environments in the life sciences industry, including R&D facilities, high-tech laboratory spaces, manufacturing facilities and corporate offices. Operating across the UK, Bulb has delivered complex projects for clients including Cadence Science Partners, Advanced Research Clusters (ARC) and Astroscale.
