LeCRob RobotManager software, developed by Lesta Srl to control painting robots, meets all the requirements of modern painting robots. This package makes it possible to easily manage and work quickly with anthropomorphic painting robots.

With LeCRob control, all spraying parameters can be adjusted "during runtime" via the robot, making it possible to reduce paint consumption and achieve guaranteed optimal results. The software will also allow changing painting programs during automatic cycles.

Lebot A6 Standard: The standard Lebot A6 painting robot configuration is installed on the ground. Lebot A6 With Carousel: The carousel is a system that loads parts behind the robot in a safe area and then uses a rotating system to transport the material in front of the robot for painting. The system consists of 2 or more arms depending on the material type and characteristics. Each robot arm is equipped at its end with a rotating support that is self-directed and controlled. Regarding the rotating supports, during rotation, it is possible to manage the value, direction and speed of this angle. Lebot A6 Mounted on Crane: It consists of a steel overhead structure that allows the robot to be transported by crane and, depending on the type of conveyor, to be turned in a controlled manner lengthwise, crosswise or in a combined manner. Conveyor movement controls are provided in robot control. The robot working range can be extended with accessories. Rotating Systems: A rotating unit is a device that allows parts to be painted to rotate and stop by means of a pinion attached to the transport chain where the parts are positioned. The system also allows you to control rotation in a sequence designed during programming. It is possible to manage angle, direction and speed values during rotation.
