The Colo 800D manual powder coating system is our fourth-generation electrostatic powder spray technology. It is designed for superior control and ease of use. With this technology, transfer efficiency is achieved for parts of any shape and better finishing quality is obtained. The coating process is based briefly on fluidizing the powder in a powder hopper. Injectors convey the powder through gun hoses. The gun sprays the powder/air mixture onto the parts. The Colo 800D is used in the spray powder process after part pre-treatment. It provides the capability to spray powder and metallic parts on all surfaces suitable for powder coating, such as aluminum profiles, automobile and bicycle parts. This system is balanced for maximum spray characteristics with the finest finish. The system operates at 0-100 digitally adjustable KV and fully adjustable amperage. Among its other features; the system is used for metallic powder and includes a light gun. It comes with a complete nozzle range array. It provides adjustable air for pressure, dosage and nozzle rinsing. The system can be used for flat parts, complex-shaped parts and re-coating with its three settings.
