Our company, which began operations in 2006, manufactures and installs paint application and drying booths for automobiles, minibuses, buses and heavy vehicles, electrostatic powder and wet paint facilities, industrial painting facilities, furniture facilities and spray cleaning lines. We design these systems based on information received from our clients and provide capacity calculations. Our objective is to deliver a finished facility that is identical to the project we propose. Additionally, we maintain extensive product stock for all the facilities we manufacture and provide post-sales technical service. Since 2006, our projects have continued at full capacity with increasing numbers. We take justified pride in working with leading companies in the domestic and international sector. The facilities we produce are:
Automobile, Minibus, Bus and Heavy Vehicle Paint and Drying Booths
Although the system in this type of paint and drying booth is the same, ventilation capacity varies depending on dimensions. This type of booth features a ramp system, channel system or diagonal (side exhaust) system. Whether the system draws exhaust air from the side, ramp or channel, what is expelled outside is solvent, not dust. This type of booth filters clean air from outside, heats it to the desired temperature, then filters it again before supplying it into the booth. The paint applied inside first adheres to the dust-catching filter inside the booth, then any escaping particles stick to the exhaust filter in the exhaust device. What exits from the exhaust stack is solvent, not paint. It operates in accordance with the relevant ministry regulations. The objective is to provide personnel with a clean environment for painting while ensuring the material is painted in a homogeneous environment. The system is designed so that the painting process can be completed and the drying process can be performed within the same booth.
Electrostatic Powder and Wet Paint Facilities and Spray Cleaning Lines
When manufacturing these facilities, the facility project is designed according to the technical specifications and maximum material dimensions provided by the company, and the speed is calculated in m/min according to the capacity requested by the company. Conveyor selection should be made as Webb or Cardan type depending on capacity and material weight. Before powder paint application, it is necessary to know how the material will be cleaned. If manual cleaning is to be performed, the washing line is not included in the project. However, the correct approach is to clean the material by applying the correct processes. For the selected washing line, the number of tanks is determined on the chemist company's recommendation based on coatings such as fe-phosphate, zn-phosphate, chromate, etc. Once all calculations for the line are complete, the cycle is as follows: After the spray cleaning or immersion-type cleaning line, there must be a drying oven, followed by powder paint application or wet paint application, and finally a curing oven. Similarly, if wet paint application is performed, it goes into the drying oven. In the curing oven, maximum temperature is 200°C, and in the drying oven, maximum temperature is 110°C. Powder paint booths are designed for use with both manual operation and automatic robots. The same applies to the electrostatic water curtain wet paint application booth. Personnel perform manual touch-up painting for areas the robot cannot reach.
Industrial Painting Facilities
Speaking briefly about these facilities, they are generally used in furniture factories, signage, white goods, defense industry and other sectors. These are facilities where the finished product is sanded, filled, primed with base coat paint, final wet coat paint applied and dried, arranged side by side or one after another with transitions provided between them. In this type of facility, the system is designed as water-filtered or filtered, operating with positive pressure with homogeneous air distribution everywhere.
