Yellow Wood Partners Acquires Suave Yellow Wood Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on investing in consumer brands and companies, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Unilever to acquire Suave, the company's beauty and personal care brand. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023. The Suave brand sells products for women, men and children through mass retailers and e-commerce platforms.
