Beauty tech giant L'Oréal to showcase next-generation beauty experiences powered by artificial intelligence, data and advanced technologies at VivaTech 2026, Europe's leading technology event.

Continuing its work with a personalized, inclusive and technology-focused approach to beauty, L'Oréal is participating in VivaTech for the 10th time, the continent's most important technology event to be held in Paris between 17-20 June 2026. During the event, the group will present visitors with its latest innovations that combine artificial intelligence, data science and beauty technologies.

Through the Beauty Odyssey experience to be organized at VivaTech this year, L'Oréal will showcase its innovative solutions ranging from consumer experiences to hair and skin technologies, sharing its vision for the future of beauty.

The KALISTÈ installation welcoming visitors at the event entrance will bring together visuals created by human creativity and artificial intelligence, offering the opportunity to experience the intersection of technology and beauty.

"Artificial intelligence is reshaping the beauty journey"
L'Oréal Group Director of Digital and Marketing Asmita Dubey, noting that artificial intelligence is launching a new era in the beauty sector, said:

"Beauty is an intensely personal, social and uniquely human experience. With large language models becoming part of everyday life, consumer beauty discovery processes are also transforming. We are using artificial intelligence to redesign the beauty journey for everyone—from consumers to marketers, from people to digital agents. Our goal is for our brands to remain trusted reference points in the world of beauty."

L'Oréal Group Assistant General Manager responsible for Research, Innovation and Technology Barbara Lavernos said:

"By combining our scientific expertise of over a century with technology, data and artificial intelligence, we are entering a new era of innovation. Through solutions we have developed—from algae biotechnology to LED technologies, from Hair Digital Twin to predictive skin modeling—we are delivering more advanced beauty experiences for consumers around the world."

Next-generation AI-powered beauty experiences
Within VivaTech 2026, visitors will be able to experience L'Oréal's innovations under four key categories:

-AI-powered consumer and marketer experiences
-Brand stories centered on culture and technology
-Hair technologies and hair science
-Longevity-based skin health and aging science
-Personalized beauty consultancy with Beauty Genius and Noli

The Beauty Knowledge Graph infrastructure developed by L'Oréal brings the company's 116 years of beauty expertise to digital platforms. Beauty Genius, which operates via WhatsApp, and Noli, an AI-powered beauty recommendation platform, offer consumers personalized beauty consultancy.

The company's internal generative artificial intelligence platform CreAItech leverages Google, Adobe and Seedance models to accelerate content production processes for marketing teams. The platform also includes an integrated CO₂ calculator capable of measuring carbon emissions generated in content production.

Artificial intelligence and digital twin technology in hair care
L'Oréal's Hair Digital Twin technology, leveraging one of the world's most comprehensive hair science databases, creates three-dimensional virtual hair models. The technology enables the performance of hair care products to be analyzed faster and more accurately across all hair types.

The AI-powered K-SCAN hair analysis system and K-STATION technology providing personalized care are also among next-generation hair care experiences developed by Kérastase.

Additionally, the new Light Straight™ + Multi-Styler technology, through its patented infrared system, shapes hair's internal structure at lower temperatures, achieving effective results with less damage.

New skin technologies drawing from longevity science
L'Oréal will also present its latest research in skin health and longevity at VivaTech.

The Longevity AI Cloud™ platform developed by the company analyzes over 260 biomarkers to assess skin's biological age and health status. The next-generation high-resolution skin imaging technology can examine collagen structure and cellular aging through non-invasive methods.

L'Oréal will also present visitors with microalgae-based next-generation active ingredients developed with biotechnology company Microphyt and Cell BioPrint technology, which combines skin care diagnosis, analysis and personalized care processes.

The company's new solution in LED technologies, an ultra-thin structured LED face mask, will reach consumers worldwide in 2027.

A meeting shaping the future of beauty
In its 10th year at VivaTech 2026, L'Oréal aims to redefine consumer experience by bringing together artificial intelligence, data science and beauty technologies. Through its innovations that combine scientific expertise with technology, the company continues to play a pioneering role in shaping the beauty ecosystem of the future.
