Türk Henkel Appoints New Director for Laundry and Home Care Plant
Caner Kılınçer, who joined the Türk Henkel family as Laundry and Home Care Factory Director, graduated from Middle East Technical University in 1993.

Caner Kılınçer, who has joined Türk Henkel as Factory Director of Laundry and Home Care, graduated from Middle East Technical University in 1993. Kılınçer began his career in 1995 as a shift engineer at Mis Süt Gönen facilities operating under Tekfen Holding, and held management positions in Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Production functions within Unilever/Algida supply chain starting in 1998. During this period, he served as Regional Research and Development Manager for 2 years within the Central and Eastern Europe Innovation Center, participating in regional projects.
Appointed as Factory Manager to PepsiCo's beverage category in 2009, Caner Kılınçer achieved outstanding success in the operational excellence process at the Çorlu facility during 2009-2011, winning the PepsiCo Global Best Beverage Site Award, the Europe Diversity and Inclusion Award, and the Europe Best Organisation Award. Leading the reconstruction of the facility severely damaged by flooding in the Thrace region in 2012, Kılınçer was responsible for PepsiCo's Çorlu facility between 2013-2015. Caner Kılınçer will now serve as Factory Director at Türk Henkel's Laundry and Home Care facilities.
