Sanofi Named "Best Employer"

Sanofi has earned the "Best Employer" certificate both globally and in Turkey within the international research conducted annually by the Top Employers Institute. Sanofi was deemed worthy of this globally valid certificate through the human resources policies it implements across four main regions (Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Latin America) and in 22 countries, including Turkey. Selected as a "Best Employer" for its successful practices in talent strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, orientation programs, training and development programs, performance management, leadership development, career management, compensation and benefits, and organizational culture, Sanofi Turkey celebrated this award in May at an event with all its employees.
