Orzaks is preparing for its first production investment outside Turkey, driven by R&D strength and a quality-focused approach. Aiming to transform Kazakhstan's rich medicinal and aromatic plant diversity into innovative raw materials, Orzaks will establish a factory with a USD 40 million investment budget. By processing local resources, the company will develop high-value-added products for both Turkish and Kazakhstani markets as well as global markets. The facility, planned to commence operations in 2027, will serve as a regional export hub, leveraging Kazakhstan's free trade advantages with Eurasian countries.
Orzaks' investment discussed at high-level talks in Ankara
Orzaks' important move was also on the agenda during Kazakhstan President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev's visit to Ankara. Tokayev met with Selman Alimoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Alyors Group. In the meeting, where the factory Orzaks plans to establish in Kazakhstan and brand investments were the main agenda items, global trends in the dietary supplement sector and Orzaks' position in the growing market were discussed. The meeting also included assessments regarding Kazakhstan's rich medicinal and aromatic plant resources' innovative raw material potential and opportunities for creating joint added value in global markets.
