Noting that respect for and value of people rank at the forefront of Novo Nordisk's corporate culture, Kavukçu said: 'With our 100-year history and corporate culture shaped by Scandinavian values, our targets fundamentally embrace an accessible and environmentally and socially sustainable business approach. It is very important for us to maintain the commitment and respect we demonstrate together with our colleagues as a team. At the same time, a transparent and inclusive work environment where employees can develop their potential every day is one of Novo Nordisk's strongest attributes. We are a well-established, innovative and change-leading company operating in an increasingly dynamic sector. For us, our company means all our employees, and treating all our colleagues with equal respect free from prejudice is one of the matters to which we pay the most attention.' Noting that they attach great importance to platforms where company employees can have their voices heard in all areas and to continuously improve these platforms, Kavukçu stated: 'We are taking steps to support both the career development and personal development of our employees, and we are giving them the initiative for leadership. As stated in the Novo Nordisk Way (NNWay), which is the company's constitution, open and transparent communication always prevails at Novo Nordisk and feedback culture is prioritized. We support our colleagues through performance evaluation systems based on feedback. In addition to transparency and inclusivity, we adopt and act appropriately on an approach that supports diversity in all areas. We offer all employees international career paths and development opportunities to help them realize their potential, and we support them with programs that will advance them on their career journeys. Looking at the whole picture, we aim to provide our employees with a work-life balance that supports their current priorities and where they want to go next, through flexible employer experience. Being selected among Turkey's best employers in return for all these efforts makes us very happy and gives us even stronger motivation to take our work further.' SourceAdvertisement
