The early stage final of the Health Social Innovation Program Doz, which Abdi İbrahim implemented in collaboration with Impact Hub İstanbul and Mikado Sustainable Development Consulting, took place in hybrid format at Abdi İbrahim Tower. The Doz Early Stage program, moderated by Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing Consultant Göksemin Gökalp Özdemir, who holds an important position in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, had jury members including How We Should Organize the Economy Newspaper Coordinator and Sustainability Editor Didem Eryar Ünlü, Hürriyet Newspaper Deputy Economy Manager Yasemin Salih, Turkey Technology Development Foundation General Secretary Advisor Evren Bükülmez, Koç University Social Impact Forum Managing Director Dr. Gonca Ongan, Adım Adım Association Founder and Spor İstanbul General Manager İ. Winning venture: Quop Health

The Doz project, which includes focus areas such as public health and awareness, research and development in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, healthcare access for disadvantaged regions and groups, and sustainability solutions, attracted strong interest in early stage applications. Four ventures selected by the jury—Leoxygen, Mumurgan, Quop Health and Sens Infect—went through a 4-month incubation period and prepared for the final day. On the final day, among the social entrepreneurs presenting before the jury, Quop Health became the recipient of the TRY 100,000 Tohum Support Award. Mumurgan venture, deemed worthy of the Jury Special Award, will receive product development support. Quop Health, which received the Tohum Support Award, is developing a smart and compact insulin kit that motivates children with Type 1 diabetes toward treatment while offering remote treatment methods for families and physicians. Mumurgan, which earned the Jury Special Award, is developing a next-generation organic ointment used in burn treatment. Early and advanced stage support from Abdi İbrahim Health Social Innovation Program: Doz supports ventures developing innovative solutions for the healthcare sector in two categories: early stage and advanced stage. In the "Early Stage" category, coaching, specialized training, business development workshops, mentoring support and the Tohum Support Award are offered to teams at the beginning of their entrepreneurship journey. The "Advanced Stage" category, whose evaluation process is ongoing, was designed as a business collaboration development program targeting entrepreneurs in the fields of sustainable/circular packaging, water and energy efficiency and preventive medicine, whose products/services align with Abdi İbrahim's strategic innovation needs, have market-validated products/services, and are at the scaling stage. In addition to these, the "One Dose Event" series offers content for individuals interested in social innovation in healthcare and seeking to expand its impact for a better ecosystem.
