TAB Gıda Raises Sales to TRY 40.6 Billion in First Half of 2026

TAB Gıda, one of Turkey's fast-service restaurant chains, disclosed its financial and operational results for the first half of 2026. The company increased sales, guest traffic and restaurant count during the first six months of the year while continuing its growth through digital channels and franchise investments.
According to data released by the company, system-wide sales reached TRY 40.6 billion with a nominal year-on-year increase of 45%. Real turnover rose 13% to TRY 30.3 billion. During the same period, EBITDA reached TRY 6 billion, EBITDA margin was 20%, and net period profit was TRY 1.8 billion.
Guest traffic and restaurant count increased
TAB Gıda increased total transaction count by 12% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 132 million in the first half of the year. Opening 78 new restaurants during the same period, the company continued to support its growth through the franchise model.
The statement noted that investments in digitalization, operational efficiency and guest experience enhancement were among the key factors supporting the company's growth.
Digital channels' share rose
According to company data, the share of digital sales channels in total sales reached 56%, while delivery service channels' share exceeded 30%. It was reported that the use of self-order kiosk applications in restaurants has been expanded.
TAB Gıda announced that it continues its efforts to enhance customer experience through digital ordering platforms, loyalty programs and data-driven marketing applications.
Investments to continue in second half
The company announced that in the second half of the year it aims to continue new restaurant investments, expand its franchise network, pursue growth in digital channels and accelerate efforts to increase operational efficiency.
