Orzaks Supports Safe Playgrounds for Children

Orzaks Pharmaceutical held the opening of the renovated "Yellow Support Playground" in Sarıyer on 2 November, World Vitamin D Day, to raise awareness about vitamin D deficiency in the community.

This project, which aims to provide children with a safe play environment, contributes to public health while emphasizing the importance of social responsibility. Orzaks Pharmaceutical continues these awareness initiatives focused on community health every year.

At events held in Kahramanmaraş last year, children were offered face painting and illusion shows, while symposiums were organized for families to convey the effects of vitamin D on child health. With the opening of the Yellow Support Playground continuing this year's project, a safe and enjoyable play area was provided for children, and support was offered to children in need through a donation to the Istanbul Children's Hospital Protection Association.

Müge Turan, Marketing Director at Orzaks Pharmaceutical, noted that vitamin D deficiency threatens public health, stating: "As Orzaks Pharmaceutical, we continue our projects aimed at raising awareness for community health. This year, with the renovated playground, we created an area where our children can play safely, and by drawing attention to vitamin D deficiency, we emphasized the importance of sunlight." Turan expressed that social responsibility projects are an important tool in creating public awareness, adding: "Such projects increase sensitivity to social issues and provide motivation to take action for positive change. Projects conducted in areas such as health, environment and education contribute to raising community consciousness.
