Operating in Turkey since 2010, Indomie stands out with its production facility located in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ. The facility features fully automatic production lines, distinguishing itself through a structure that eliminates human contact with products, while a multi-stage quality control system exceeding 150 stages ensures high safety and quality standards throughout production processes.
The Çerkezköy factory, with a monthly production capacity of 330 tons, ranks in the top 5 among Indomie's 50 production facilities worldwide. The facility employs approximately 1,000 people, with women comprising 60% of the workforce. This figure reflects the company's employment approach focused on diversity and inclusion.
Prioritising sustainable production practices, Indomie Turkey optimises production processes through waste management, recycling and resource efficiency projects. Within this scope, water consumption was reduced by 10.5% and natural gas usage by 22%. Renewable energy projects are also being integrated into production processes.
Supporting local production, the company sources approximately 70% of its raw materials from farmers in the Thrace region, contributing to local agriculture while strengthening product quality. This approach demonstrates a comprehensive farm-to-table production model.
