Turkish Software Engineers Develop "Chemical Production Module"

It provides monitoring of quotations given to customers. You can review quotation revisions and analyze the reasons why quotations do not convert to sales or the rates at which quotations convert to sales.

Sample Order and Order Management, Risk Management:

A module that manages both customers' sample orders and regular orders. Information such as which warehouses contain the selected product and in what quantities, whether there are reservations on the products, and whether there are purchase orders in transit appears on this screen.

Shipment:

All operations performed during the order process flow to the shipment screen if the stock is being delivered, leaving shipping managers with only product preparation, planning and dispatch.

Production Planning:

The name given to the module where orders to be produced and forecasted production are defined. Production planning managers can create the plan themselves or request that the system create it. When creating the plan, the system uses raw material and capacity data while also considering the established production priorities.

Work Order & Production:

Production operations for received orders or stock begin with the issued work order. Through this module, alternative raw materials that can be used during production and their stock quantities can be viewed.

Field Data Collection:

Through the field data collection solution in production, supervisors do not need to enter data separately. Through this solution, operators can manage their operations errorlessly through touch screens, within their authority limits.

Quality Management & Laboratory Application:

Quality control methods to be applied according to established standards for product groups or products, test and sub-test definitions, quality control values and visual tests can be performed with this application.

KPI Reports:

With KPI Reports, performance data for all departments and operations in production can be queried between desired dates, and all types of management reports can be obtained in the fastest and most accurate way between planned and actual figures.

Procurement Management:

All purchases are managed starting from the requisition process, through quotation receipt, order tracking and internal approval procedures. Effective supply management is achieved through quotation comparison and approval processes.

Budget:

With the budget module, sales, procurement and investment budgets can be structured, and budgets can be revised throughout the year through comparison reports. Profitability targets and variance causes can also be closely monitored through the pro forma income statement.

Cost Accounting:

The system calculates material costs from the inventory management module. Labor and general production expenses are added to production costs through keys determined from accrued data in accounting.

Finance:

CPM ERP's standard solution, the finance module, provides tracking and management of conventional transactions such as cash, bank, check, promissory note and credit card.

Accounting:

The accounting module, through which data from all systems flows online, supports TFRS, BOBİ FRS, IFRS, US-GAAP and German GAAP applications simultaneously with tax law accounting. The e-ledger application approved by the Revenue Administration is offered as a standard module.
