IPP Acquires Lubrizol's Facility in the United Kingdom

International Process Plants (IPP), a leading global supplier of second-hand and new process facilities and equipment, has announced its acquisition of the idle Warwick Chemical Mostyn facility in Mostyn, Wales, United Kingdom from The Lubrizol Corporation. This strategic move reinforces IPP's commitment to helping global manufacturers sustainably and innovatively exit idle assets so they can focus on their core operations, while demonstrating IPP's expertise in asset reuse and creating new opportunities for local workforce and communities. The Warwick Chemical Mostyn facility, formerly producing stain-removal components for detergent products, possesses robust infrastructure suitable for various chemical applications. IPP plans to sustainably redistribute these assets to customer facilities worldwide and prepare the site and its core infrastructure for redevelopment to support local community needs.
