IMCD Expands Product Portfolio

IMCD is expanding its product portfolio with biocides supplied by Dow Microbial Control, part of DuPont Industrial Biosciences. IMCD has been announced as the European sales channel for DuPont Industrial BioSciences' biocides for use in Industrial Protection and Home Care applications. IMCD has been introducing the portfolio to several countries for over 35 years and will now serve as the main distributor in Turkey as well. The company will combine its long-standing experience with brands such as ROCIMA ™, BIOBAN ™ and KATHON ™ to become its customers' biocide partner as of 1 April 2019. Dow and DuPont aim to bring together their complementary portfolios to create three strong independent companies, each a leader in its sector, operating with a productive innovation approach that meets customer needs in agriculture, materials science and specialty products and helps solve global challenges.
