GreenGroup Acquires Expert Cleaning GreenGroup expands its sustainable solutions portfolio for industrial customers in Romania through the acquisition of Expert Cleaning. GreenGroup, one of the leading companies in the circular economy and waste management in Eastern Europe, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Expert Cleaning, a provider of specialized cleaning solutions for heavy industries and do-it-yourself stores in Romania.

This acquisition will contribute to Eltex Recycling, GreenGroup's subsidiary managing industrial waste and creating new revenue sources and growth opportunities for the group.
