Paragon Medical Acquires Industrial Anodizing Inc.

Medical device manufacturer Paragon Medical announced the acquisition of Industrial Anodizing Inc., a company specializing in titanium Type II and Type III anodizing processes. The acquisition of Industrial Anodizing Inc. will enhance Paragon Medical's ability to provide diverse manufacturing capabilities and help accelerate new product development for medical manufacturers. Paragon has extensive experience in implants, surgical instruments, single-use devices and numerous other applications across a broad range of uses. The acquisition of IAI is expected to strengthen Paragon's production capacity and services to better serve its broad customer base. Paragon Medical CEO Wil Boren stated, "Paragon is pleased to acquire a quality operation like IAI that will help move Paragon Medical forward in our continued pursuit of serving our customers well.
