Marshall Marketing Director Pınar Adabağ made the following statement regarding the event:
"It is a source of pride for all of us that our platform, which we launched since 2020 with a focus on creating value for craftspeople, was deemed worthy of this award. This award, which we earned through the leadership of Celal Toprak, one of Turkey's prominent journalists, and the evaluation of more than 100 jury members, is a reflection of the collective effort we made and the added value we created for craftspeople." Adabağ stated that Marshall launched the "ustamburada.com" platform to enable their end consumers to easily reach qualified craftspeople. She noted that the platform brings together customers with craftspeople who have obtained Professional Competency Certification, and they work to create business opportunities for craftspeople registered in the system. Pınar Adabağ concluded her remarks by saying: "The participation of paint craftspeople in the 'ustamburada.com' system is based on voluntariness and they must first become members of 'Marshall Clubcard' and possess a Professional Competency (MYK) certificate. Craftspeople included in the system receive training on customer relations from teaching staff at Kocaeli University. Craftspeople and customers brought together on the platform are very satisfied with the application, and we are pleased with their satisfaction."Advertisement
