Kristeau is a waterproof cement-based crystalline powder for concrete surfaces. It is a product that provides long-lasting water impermeability to capillary cracks in the surface where it is applied or mixed in concrete, resistant to water pressure in both positive and negative directions.

Applications:

• Over sub-base stone fill beneath raft foundations (3 kg/m2 pouring method), • Raft foundations and shear wall concrete (2.5% ratio of cement dosage per m3 of concrete, mixed during pouring into concrete mixer), • Used in all reinforced concrete details requiring water impermeability.

Advantages:

• Because it is cement-based, it provides high adhesion and penetration to the surface where it is applied or spread, and makes the mixed concrete water impermeable. • In terms of application ease, it reduces construction time and lowers costs.

Kristatherm;

is an excellent water, heat and sound insulation plaster composed of cement-based material and approximately 10 special additives. It can be used on both interior and exterior facades of buildings. When preferred instead of exterior cladding, it yields very economical and healthy results. With its hydrophobic (water-repelling) property, it provides water insulation as well as heat and sound insulation through special additives in its composition. It can be applied directly to building exteriors over brick, plaster, Ytong and similar materials. Its adhesion to these surfaces is very good. With its breathing capability, it allows moisture from buildings to escape to the outside, providing living comfort in terms of health. Kristatherm is 5-6 times lighter than ordinary plaster. (d=325kg/m3) This contributes positively to the static load of buildings. It contains no carcinogenic substances whatsoever. Being fire-resistant up to 600°C, it serves as a fire barrier for buildings. During fire, it does not emit suffocating smoke, soot or toxic gases. Particularly suitable for application by machine on large surfaces. In structures where external application is difficult, it provides ease of application from interior areas. It can be used in building interiors for ceiling and floor insulation. On exterior facades, paint can be applied 72 hours after application at 20°C.

Application:

Packaging should be used entirely at one time for homogeneous mixing and should be mixed with an electric mixer. Mixing: 1 bag of powder product (approximately 6.5 kg) should be mixed with 6.2 kg water. First, 6.2 kg water is added and 1 packet (6.5 kg) of Kristatherm is added to it and mixed with an electric mixer. Mixing time should be 5-6 minutes and no other substance should be added to the mixture under any circumstances. • Application Conditions: As with ordinary plaster application, • Packaging: 6.5 kg kraft bag, • Appearance: Light grey powder, • Density: 325 kg/m3, • Thermal conductivity coefficient: 0.050 kcal/m.h.K, • Compressive strength: 35 kg/cm2, • Adhesion strength: 1 N/mm2, • Application Method: Machine or steel trowel.

Kristoflex is a flexible and elastic waterproof coating made from cement-based synthetic resins produced by dispersion method. Kristoflex is a product prepared by mixing two components and easy to apply with a brush, creating a flexible, elastic and perfectly waterproof coating on the surface where it is applied.

• In swimming pools, • In water insulation coming from below ground or from roof areas of buildings made of concrete or brick, from inside and outside, • On terraces and balconies, • On concrete structures, • In inter-floor leakages, • In bathroom and kitchen tile waterproofing, • In insulation of water tanks and silos and protection of treatment plants' exterior facades, • In protection of old and new walls, • In protection of concrete in bridges, piers, viaducts and harbor buildings affected by salts, • In protection and repair of steel on concrete surfaces, • In parking lot areas. K2 is a cement-based, two-component waterproof coating with very high adhesion and elasticity. This system is a more developed version of Kristoflex. K2 is used where more elasticity than Kristoflex's elasticity is required, in highly cracked areas and locations exposed to vibration. Its application is the same as Kristoflex. The difference of K2 from Kristoflex is that it is more flexible. For this reason, when applied over cracks, the cracks are completely covered, yielding very good results and becoming more durable over time. It integrates with concrete, creating a perfect, flexible and increasingly durable coating over time.

Kristop is a ready-to-mix mortar with very fast setting and hardening time, designed to immediately stop water leaks and provide waterproofing. Kristop is a grey powder packaged in buckets. Kristop consists of hydraulic-based binders, selected silica filler and additives.

Kristop mixed with clean water provides waterproofing in holes and cracks and stops water leaks to a high degree. It is non-toxic. Thanks to its permanent expansion property upon contact with water, it is possible to cut off high-pressure water flows easily. Direct application can be made to stop water flows reaching 1 bar pressure. For water pressures above this, the method specified in the usage instructions should be applied. Kristop can be used even in the most demanding site conditions and in underwater applications. It contains no rust-causing substances. It provides long-term repair and waterproofing. It is resistant to gypsum water, all water and oils. • In all leaks and water seepage seen in cracks, joints and holes in interior, exterior, walls and concrete, basements, cellars, parking areas and elevator floors, • In water tanks, • In repair of stable cracks and underground water tanks, • In cracks in galleries, tunnels and underpasses, • In dams, • In repair of sewage pipes, • In elimination of seepage in manholes, • In waterproofing of pipe connection points in basements, • In places where ordinary mortars have worn away or resin-based mortars do not hold, • In quick fixing of bolts, pipe fittings, handrails, sanitary fixtures, etc., • On all structural joints or connection edges before full-surface water insulation is applied, • In all types of anchors, because it sets quickly and gains high strength, in bedding, • In waterproofing of pipes in galleries, • In waterproofing of areas requiring rapid repair.

Kristat is a grey-colored repair mortar reinforced with synthetic fibers and resin based on hydraulic binders in powder form. Due to its special rheology, it does not require formwork and can be easily applied for any type of repair.

• Does not flow whatsoever, • Has high mechanical properties, • Sets quickly, • Does not shrink or crack, • Because Kristat is a high-performance mortar, it is used safely in repair of structures exposed to high impacts and in all types of construction work (interior and exterior structures, structures in water), • It is used in reinforced concrete for repair of damage caused by cracks and carbonation damage, as well as in industrial floors, works of art, water tanks, and places requiring quick and proper closure. Kristoglass is a transparent liquid-form acrylic resin-based product (methylmethacrylate polymer). Kristoglass can be applied to all surfaces of a building with brush, roller or sprayer and provides water impermeability to the areas where it is applied while also enhancing their appearance. Depending on the porosity of the surface where it is applied, it has a satin gloss appearance. Kristoglass is highly wear-resistant. It covers cracks, resists water, most acids and bases, ultraviolet radiation, oils, grease oils, petroleum and urine.

Kristoglas is extremely resistant to wear and adapts to volumetric changes of the surface without cracking. It seals capillary cracks, eliminates the porosity of materials but does not prevent them from breathing. Through its binding property, it strengthens materials whose particles can separate.

Kristofuge is a transparent water-impermeability product. Kristofuge is a colorless liquid that can be applied to the surfaces of all porous building and architectural works, making them water-impermeable and protecting them from carbonation and dirt. • It penetrates deeply into materials. • It allows water vapor to pass between materials. • It protects against dirt. • It protects against salts. • It is extremely resistant to alkalis. • It protects from degradation resulting from freezing and thawing cycles. • After drying, it is non-sticky.
