Jotun Marks the 100th Anniversary of the Republic with a Meaningful Project
Jotun is painting the interiors of 100 schools across different provinces in Turkey to provide children with more comfortable and safe learning conditions.
Jotun is undertaking a meaningful corporate social responsibility project together with the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life (ÇYDD) for the Republic's centennial.
Within the scope of the project to paint 100 schools, aimed at supporting children's educational development and enabling them to study in more comfortable conditions, the interiors of these schools located in different provinces across Turkey will be renewed with Jotun's sustainable and environmentally friendly paints.
Jotun Europe and Central Asia Marketing Director Başak Kanat made the following comments on the matter:
"The centennial of our Republic is a very important milestone for Turkey. As Jotun, we attach great importance to our corporate social responsibility projects and believe that our work must be sustainable. In this journey we have embarked upon together with ÇYDD, we aim to support the education of our children who will build our future by renewing the paint in schools and providing our children with a more comfortable and healthy learning environment." ÇYDD Chairman Prof. Dr. Ayşe Yüksel stated, "We are thrilled to be part of this meaningful project with Jotun in the centennial year of our Republic. We are very pleased that we will be able to contribute to making the schools of our children studying especially in rural areas safer and enabling them to study and learn in appropriate conditions."
