Dromont offers complete processing from empty container to ready-to-use product. Dromont manufactures dispenser machines that meter all components into empty containers and/or buckets. These containers simultaneously serve as carriers for final shipment. This allows custom products to be manufactured quickly, with minimal waste generation and at low cost, without requiring transfer to finished product inventory. This technology encompasses all processes including labeling, mixing and palletizing.

Dromont generally solves problems arising from today's automatic tinting equipment, bringing factory dispenser experience to the retail market. Through the development of an innovative, synchronized piston pump system, Dromont's high-quality machines have the ability to dispense challenging colorants and primary colors alike. Our dispenser units can be equipped with a maximum of 48 circuits connected to both internal canisters (with capacity between 3-25 liters) and external tanks (with capacity between 50-1000 liters). Unica is designed with operator safety in mind and with ergonomic features and advantages that set its own class.

Synchronized

• Synchronized dispensing through piston pumps, • Pump can be easily replaced by the customer in only 77 seconds, • Requires no recalibration: plug and play system, • Provides significantly lower wear levels compared to gear pumps, • Enables maximum simultaneous dispensing of 8 colorants.
