IMCD Acquires Specialty Chemical Distributor Feza Kimya

IMCD N.V. ("IMCD" or "Company"), a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and food additives, has announced the acquisition of 100% of Istanbul-based Feza Kimya İç ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Feza Kimya"). Feza Kimya, which serves the paints and plastics markets, integrates seamlessly with the existing IMCD Turkey structure. Founded in 1959 by Saffet Bozkurt, Feza Kimya is among the leading companies providing technical sales, marketing and distribution of specialty chemicals and measurement instruments for the paints, plastics, rubber, lubricants and detergent sectors in Turkey. In 2015, Feza Kimya generated sales revenue of EUR 8 million with 23 employees.
