Hawk Acquires Bonstone Materials Hawk Research Laboratories, LLC (Hawk), a leading company in high-performance specialty coating systems for surface repair and surface renewal sectors, announced the acquisition of Bonstone Materials. Bonstone has supplied premium products to the mining industry for 60 years for lamination, sealing, rod work, repair/patching, adhesive bonding, sealant, crack repair and anchoring operations. Bonstone's commitment to service, support, technical expertise and product quality aligns with Hawk's business values and positions Bonstone as a significant player in Hawk's expanding surface repair solutions. Mike Beckmann, long-time owner and CEO of Bonstone, will retire but served as an advisor to Hawk during the acquisition process. Sales Manager Paul Klees and the rest of Bonstone's staff will continue in their positions and will operate the business as usual, using Bonstone's existing production facilities to support and grow the company's customers.
