Dürr and Kawasaki Robotics Introduce Automatic Painting System

Dürr is making its painting technology compatible with robotic solutions for general industrial needs. As part of a recent collaboration with Kawasaki Robotics, both partners are adapting their portfolio products electromechanically to simplify and accelerate the integration of robots and painting equipment into robot-assisted painting systems. The "ready2integrate" concept encompasses a range of Dürr products that interface seamlessly with Kawasaki robots. These products include metering pumps, color changers, spray guns and EcoBell2. Specific Kawasaki robots such as the RS007L high-speed robot and the new KJ155 painting robot are compatible with Dürr's integrated EcoAUC controller. Source
