Brenntag and Westlake Epoxy Extend Distribution Partnership to India

Brenntag and Westlake Epoxy have announced an expansion of their long-standing collaboration to include the Indian market.

Brenntag, a global market leader in chemical and specialty distribution, and Westlake Epoxy, a leading global supplier of epoxy resins and specialty materials, have announced the expansion of their long-standing partnership into the Indian market. The existing collaboration in Europe, North and South America, and Southeast Asia has been strengthened by extending coverage to South and West India, reinforcing the partnership in key growth regions.

Under the expanded agreement, Brenntag will assume distribution of Westlake Epoxy's portfolio of epoxy resins and solutions for coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) and construction applications. This includes established product lines such as EPON™, EPIKOTE™, EPIKURE™ and EPI-REZ™, further strengthening market access and technical support for customers in these fast-growing sectors.

India's CASE and construction sectors continue to experience strong growth driven by infrastructure investment, urbanization and rising expectations for performance and durability. The partnership combines Westlake Epoxy's proven technologies with Brenntag's regional presence, application expertise and customer-focused approach.

Customers will benefit from a comprehensive portfolio offering local technical service, reliable supply and formulation guidance tailored to the Indian market. Through this partnership, Brenntag and Westlake Epoxy aim to deliver application-focused epoxy solutions addressing evolving performance, process and regulatory requirements.
