Axalta Partners with Steer Automotive Group Axalta, a leading global paints company, has announced the signing of a multi-year agreement with Steer Automotive Group, the UK's largest independent vehicle repair organization. Under the terms of the agreement, Axalta has become the exclusive paint partner supplying Standox, a premium repair paint brand, to all 57 of Steer Automotive Group's facilities across the United Kingdom. The company has continued its growth strategy through both acquisitions and opening new facilities. In November 2022, Steer Prestige was recognized with the Best New Bodyshop award at the Auto Body Professionals Bodyshop Excellence Awards, and the company won the Fastest Growing Bodyshop award for the third consecutive time. The agreement also covers products from U-POL, which is recognized for its expertise in repair paint accessories and protective coatings and was acquired by Axalta in July 2021. Source
