Organic peroxide manufacturer United Initiators appoints Tolga Celayer as Deputy General Manager – HP. Celayer assumed his new position as of January and will be responsible for all commercial and marketing processes of the company. The management team at United Initiators – HP is strengthening. Hydrogen Peroxide A.Ş., one of the 12 facilities and the Turkish operation of United Initiators, one of the world's leading organic peroxide manufacturers founded in 1911, has added an experienced name to its staff. Tolga Celayer assumed the position of Deputy General Manager as of January. [caption id="attachment_120433" align="aligncenter"] Tolga Celayer[/caption]   Tolga Celayer holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University and an MBA from Istanbul University. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in the automotive, plastics, packaging, raw materials and chemical sectors. For many years, he has served as a senior executive at companies operating in industrial sectors. The 44-year-old Tolga Celayer previously served as Deputy General Manager of Austrotherm Türkiye, part of Austrian building materials giant Schmid Holding.
