New Appointments at Sanovel

Sanovel, a leading Turkish pharmaceutical company that has invested in and implemented initiatives for the pharmaceutical sector for 42 years, has made new appointments in human resources, sales & marketing, medical & compliance, and occupational health, occupational safety & environment.

Funda Uzunkaya was appointed Group Medical Manager, while Lale Kıvrak became Factory Human & Culture Manager. Esin Tutku Arıkan was appointed Marketing Manager, Erkan Sayılır and Erhan Sert as Promotion Manager, while Anıl Hesapçı became Occupational Health, Occupational Safety and Environment Manager. 
 
Funda Uzunkaya, Group Medical Manager
Funda Uzunkaya completed her undergraduate education in 2003 at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and began her career in 2008 as Health Group Head at Şirvan Public Health Center. Uzunkaya served as Medical Manager at Sanofi from 2010-2013, Medical Manager, Group Medical Manager at Novo Nordisk Turkey and South Africa from 2013-2016 respectively, Senior Medical Manager at Teva from 2016-2018, and Senior Medical Manager and Medical Business Unit Manager positions at Exeltis from 2018-2023. With experience in neurology, internal medicine, diabetes, family medicine and women's health, Funda Uzunkaya has been serving as Group Medical Manager at Sanovel as of 2025.
 
Lale Kıvrak, Factory Human & Culture Manager 
Lale Kıvrak completed her undergraduate education at Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and finished the Human Resources Management certificate program at Yıldız Technical University in 2024. Starting her career in 1996 as Investment Specialist at Yapı Kredi Bank, Kıvrak moved to human resources in 2001 and served as Recruitment Consultant at Turkuaz Consulting from 2001-2006, Human Resources Manager at Sezgin Group (So Chic) from 2006-2010, Human Resources Manager at Ziylan Group (Flo Retail) from 2010-2013, Senior Human Resources Manager at Pelit from 2013-2022, and most recently Senior Human Resources Manager at İston from 2022-2024. 
 
With 29 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, organizational development & training, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, employee records management, labour law & industrial relations, administrative affairs, and occupational health & safety, Lale Kıvrak has been leading the management of all human and culture processes at Sanovel Silivri R&D Center and Production Campus as Factory Human & Culture Manager as of April 2025.
 
Esin Tutku Arıkan, Marketing Manager
Esin Tutku Arıkan completed her undergraduate education in 2000 at Istanbul University Faculty of Business. Beginning her career in 2006 as Product Manager at Bilim Pharma, Esin Tutku Arıkan served as Product Manager at Deva Pharma from 2008-2016, and Senior Product Manager, Regional Manager and Marketing Manager respectively at Abdi Ibrahim from 2019-2023. Serving as Strategic Excellence Business Unit Manager at TK Pharma in 2023 and with 19 years of experience in acute and chronic markets in respiratory, cardiology, ear-nose-throat, pediatrics, neurology, physiotherapy and rehabilitation fields, Esin Tutku Arıkan has been continuing her role as Marketing Manager at Sanovel as of December 2024.
 
Erkan Sayılır, Promotion Manager 
Erkan Sayılır completed his undergraduate education at Uludağ University Faculty of Business. Beginning his career in 2000 as Product Promotion Specialist at Abdi Ibrahim, Erkan Sayılır served as Regional Manager and Promotion Manager respectively from 2005-2024, before taking on the Sales Manager role at Vem Pharma as of 2024. With 25 years of experience in promotion and marketing in acute and chronic markets, Sayılır started his position as Promotion Manager at Sanovel in April 2025.
 
Erhan Sert, Promotion Manager 
Erhan Sert completed his undergraduate education in 2005 at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Department of Classroom Teaching. Beginning his career in 2008 as Product Promotion Specialist at Adeka Pharma, Erhan Sert served as Medical Sales Representative at Novartis from 2010-2013 and Regional Manager from 2013-2015. He continued as Regional Manager at GSK Pharma from 2015-2016, Regional Manager and Sales Manager respectively at Abbott from 2016-2021, and Promotion Manager at Abdi Ibrahim from 2021-2024, before taking on the Country Sales Manager role at NBT Pharma in 2024. With 17 years of experience in promotion and marketing in acute & OTC and chronic markets, Sert started his position as Promotion Manager at Sanovel in April 2025. 
 
Anıl Hesapçı, Occupational Health & Occupational Safety and Environment Manager
Anıl Hesapçı completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University Chemical Engineering Department and his graduate education at Üsküdar University Department of Occupational Health and Safety. Beginning his career in 2011 as Occupational Safety Specialist at Detam Group, Anıl Hesapçı served as Occupational Safety Specialist at Artı Consulting from 2013-2014, and Occupational Health and Safety Specialist and Occupational Health and Safety Manager positions at Abdi Ibrahim from 2014-2022. He served as Occupational Safety and Environment Manager at Humanis from 2022-2024 and most recently as Assistant Occupational Health and Safety Manager at Polifarma in 2024. 
 
With 14 years of experience in occupational health and safety practices, environment and sustainability projects, business continuity, emergency response and risk assessment, Anıl Hesapçı has been serving as Occupational Health, Occupational Safety and Environment Manager at Sanovel as of February 2025.
