Sandoz Türkiye Announces New Appointment

Sandoz Türkiye Appointment Işılay İlgin Ceylanlı, who has successfully served as Head of Ethics, Risk and Compliance at Sandoz Türkiye since 2021, has been appointed Director of Ethics, Risk and Compliance. Istanbul, 28 June 2022– Işılay İlgin Ceylanlı has been appointed Director of Ethics, Risk and Compliance at Sandoz Türkiye. Işılay İlgin Ceylanlı graduated from Middle East Technical University with a degree in Political Science and Public Administration in 2003 and obtained her CPA certification in 2008. In 2021, she completed the Executive MBA program at Sabancı University Faculty of Management Sciences and in 2022 completed the leadership program developed through the collaboration between Sabancı University Faculty of Management Sciences and Columbia Business School. Ceylanlı began her professional career in 2003 as Senior Tax Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Istanbul. Following her role as Country Procurement Accounting Leader at Ericsson, she joined Novartis in 2008 as Financial Reporting & Analysis Specialist. Over 13 years, she held various positions and responsibilities including Business Planning & Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist, Business Process Control Specialist, Country Financial Controls & Compliance Manager, Global Financial Controls and Compliance Transformation Leader, and Global Compliance Integration Leader. In 2021, she joined Sandoz, where she served as Head of Ethics, Risk and Compliance and subsequently as Acting Director of Ethics, Risk and Compliance. With expertise and experience in ethics, corporate & financial risk, compliance, resilience and strategy, Ceylanlı will serve as Director of Ethics, Risk and Compliance at Sandoz Türkiye.
