Murat Yıldıran Appointed New CEO of Polisan Holding
Polisan Holding Board of Directors decided at its meeting on 31 July to appoint Murat Yıldıran as CEO and Board member.
Polisan Holding Board Chairman Mehmet Emin Bitlis stated in his statement that the Board of Directors has decided on a change in senior management with the objectives of running operations more efficiently in Polisan Holding and group companies, strengthening the organization, consolidating leadership in the sectors where it operates, and jointly creating "The Future Polisan".
Mehmet Emin Bitlis said, "We wish Mr. Murat Yıldıran, who will lead the transformation of Polisan Holding and its subsidiaries into a strong operational structure that grows healthily through effective strategic planning, a strong corporate structure, qualified human resources and strong corporate culture, success in his new position."
Mehmet Emin Bitlis thanked Erol Mizrahi for implementing many important projects during his tenure as Board Member and CEO of Polisan Holding.
Bitlis noted that Erol Mizrahi will continue in his role within the Holding as General Manager of Polisan Kansai Boya, and wished him success in his new position.
Who is Murat Yıldıran?
After completing his studies at Galatasaray High School and Middle East Technical University's Department of Economics, Murat Yıldıran earned a master's degree in Financial Management from Southeastern University. Yıldıran began his career in Investment Banking in Turkey and, after taking on responsibilities in managing important projects at the Office of the Prime Minister Public-Private Partnership and Privatization, moved to Samuel Montagu Bank in London. He later worked for many years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London as an executive in project finance (debt and equity) and corporate mergers and acquisitions across various countries. Over the past 12 years, Murat Yıldıran has served as CEO, Chairman of Finance and Risk Committee, Board Member and consultant at companies operating in different sectors and geographies in Turkey and abroad. At the companies where he worked, he led the implementation of best global practices especially in Corporate Governance, Change Management, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
