Polisan Holding Appoints Ahmet Çağaşan Yılmaz as CFO

Polisan Holding's Board of Directors, at its meeting on 28 August 2019, approved the appointment of Ahmet Çağaşan Yılmaz as Chief Financial Officer. Murat Yıldıran, CEO and Board Member of Polisan Holding, stated: "Throughout his professional experience, in addition to his expertise in financial affairs and finance, Yılmaz has assumed responsibility across a wide range of areas including mergers and acquisitions, business development, and multinational team management. I believe that his experience in transformation management and innovative perspective will make significant contributions to the development of Polisan Holding." Ahmet Çağaşan Yılmaz graduated from Istanbul Technical University's Business Administration Engineering department and completed the MBA program at Koç University. Yılmaz began his professional career in 2001 at Koç Holding's Audit and Finance Group, serving successively as Audit Specialist, Senior Audit Specialist, and Audit Group Manager until 2011. Between 2011 and 2014, Çağaşan served as Deputy General Manager of Finance and Financial Affairs at Beko LLC. Joining Tat Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. on 1 July 2014, Çağaşan held the positions of Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs and Finance and Corporate Governance Committee Member until the beginning of 2019.
