Polifarma Announces New Corporate Structure

Polifarma, one of Turkey's largest 500 industrial enterprises, announced its organizational restructuring with appointments aimed at approaching its 2024 targets. Polifarma, a source of pride in Turkey's pharmaceutical industry known globally and operating under the motto "Life First," continues its leadership in hospital products and signaled through recent appointments that it will deliver on numerous successful projects. Mahmut Köseman, who started his career at Polifarma in 2006 and successfully held the position of Quality Management and GMP Compliance Coordinator for years, was appointed Quality Director in the new organizational structure. Ömer Bozyokuş, who served as Technical Operations Director, was appointed Polifarma – Ergene Plant Director. Barkın Peker, Hospital Products Unit Manager who held various positions at Polifarma for many years, was appointed Domestic Sales and Marketing Director, taking responsibility for all domestic sales and marketing operations. Gürmen Kaynar, Business Development Director with long experience in various pharmaceutical companies, was appointed International Markets and Business Development Director in his new position, assuming responsibility for all overseas markets. Tülay Kocaağa, who held the Quality Control Manager position at Polifarma for years, was appointed Quality Group Manager. Pharmacist Yücelen Gönen, who served as Medical Manager at Polifarma for many years, was appointed Medical Group Manager. Bora Palabıyık, Public Affairs Manager, was appointed Market Access, Pricing and Public Affairs Manager, with the Market Access and Pricing Unit now reporting to his department. İlhan Yağ, Key Accounts Manager, was appointed Hospital Products Sales Manager. Çağdaş Cihan Dursun, serving as Sales and Customer Support Services Manager, was appointed International Markets Regional Manager & Project Leader in his new position. Derya Karataş was appointed Assistant Sales Support and Customer Services Manager to oversee the department previously under his responsibility. Gökhan Leşker, who has served as Polifarma Hospital Products Regional Manager for many years, was appointed Key Accounts Manager. We wish them all success in their new positions.
