Senior Appointment at Orzax: Serdar Pınar Appointed Director of Strategy and Corporate Governance

A senior appointment has taken place at Orzax, which operates under the Alyors Group. Serdar Pınar, who has approximately 19 years of experience in finance, audit, strategy, corporate governance and investor relations, has started his new role as Orzax Director of Strategy and Corporate Governance.

A graduate of Boğaziçi University’s Department of Political Science and International Relations, Serdar Pınar began his career at PwC. Having worked on audit and finance engagements for various sectors at PwC’s İstanbul and London offices, Pınar then managed the internal audit function at SOCAR Türkiye for approximately 10 years.

Most recently, Pınar served in financial affairs management at Doğuş Teknoloji. During this period, he led transformation initiatives focused on the digitalization of financial processes, automation, and the development of data-driven decision-making mechanisms. Holding the title of Certified Public Accountant (SMMM), Pınar will bring the experience he has gained across different sectors to Orzax’s strategic and corporate development processes in his new role.

Will Focus on Strategy and Corporate Governance Efforts

In his new role at Orzax, Serdar Pınar will contribute to the implementation of the company’s strategic priorities while being responsible for developing the corporate governance structure, strengthening the investor relations approach, and supporting company-wide transformation efforts.

Orzax aims for Pınar’s experience in finance, audit and corporate governance to contribute to the company’s sustainable growth targets, the enhancement of management processes, and its long-term value creation approach.
