Pelit Duman Appointed General Manager of Opella Türkiye

A senior appointment has been made at Opella, Sanofi's Consumer Health Business Unit. Pelit Duman has been appointed General Manager of Opella Turkey.

Pelit Duman, who has conducted extensive work across Turkey and Asia and brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the health and consumer sectors, holds an MBA from Bahçeşehir University and a degree in French Language and Literature from Hacettepe University. He began his career at Abdi İbrahim as a Medical Information Specialist and moved into the retail sector in 2007, working in marketing and category management at Metro Cash&Carry and Leroy Merlin. Most recently, Duman served as Country Head for Singapore, Malaysia and Distributor Markets at Sandoz, where he successfully managed large-scale commercial operations, business transformations and teams.

Appointed as General Manager of Opella, Sanofi's Consumer Health Business Unit, Duman is fluent in English, Russian and French. At Opella Turkey, Pelit Duman will lead the company's strategies, business growth and operational excellence. In his new role, Duman will focus on strengthening market position and further advancing commercial performance alongside a high-performing and collaborative culture within the organization.
