The acquisition marks the fifth transaction in the last 12 months as Novaria continues to grow its strong aerospace and defense capabilities portfolio. Founded in 1918, Hohman Plating provides metal coating and finishing services to a broad industrial base including aerospace, medical, defense, electronics and others. The company is recognized as one of North America's and the world's premier metal finishing shops. Hohman Plating will remain headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. The acquisition of Hohman Plating represents another significant step forward in Novaria's comprehensive growth of aerospace components and proprietary coating solutions.
