Janssen Announces Leadership Change

Leadership Change at Janssen Laetitia Decroix Guilloux has been appointed as the new General Manager of the TURGAN Region, which comprises Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia and Azerbaijan, for Janssen, the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson. Demet Russ, who held the General Manager position for three years, has been appointed as Vice President of Finance for J&J MedTech EMEA. A senior-level appointment has taken place in the leadership of Janssen's TURGAN Region, which has been operating in Turkey for nearly a quarter century, establishing strong partnerships with public institutions, academia and healthcare professionals for public health, and distinguished by its patient-focused approach and support for employee development across all areas. Demet Russ, who held the General Manager position for three years, has been appointed Vice President of Finance for J&J MedTech EMEA, with Laetitia Decroix Guilloux taking over the management of the Janssen TURGAN region as of 1 January 2023. With over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Laetitia Decroix Guilloux possesses deep expertise in the field of Oncology-Hematology. In her previous position, she led the Janssen EMEA Regional Commercial Strategy. Appointed as Director of the Janssen France Oncology-Hematology Business Unit in March 2020, Guilloux spent 10 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) before joining Janssen, and previously held positions in France including European Hematology Marketing Director, Virology/Immunology Business Unit Director in Switzerland, and Immunology/Oncology Business Director. In 2016, she relocated to the United States to assume roles as Global Oncology Director and Urology Director. Prior to her role at BMS, between 2003 and 2010, she held various roles in medical and marketing areas at Roche in Belgium, Novartis in Germany, and Merck, among others. Laetitia Decroix Guilloux holds a pharmacy degree from Louis Pasteur University in France and an Executive MBA from La Sorbonne University in France.
