Rahul Deshpande Appointed as GSK Türkiye Finance Director

Rahul Deshpande, who has been serving as Finance Business Partnering Lead in global biopharma company GSK's India organization, has been appointed as GSK Türkiye Finance Director effective October 1, 2026.

With over 20 years of experience at GSK, Deshpande will also join the GSK Türkiye Leadership Team with his new role.

Over 20 years of finance experience at GSK

Rahul Deshpande, who specialized in chartered accountancy in India, began working in GSK's global operations in 2004.

Throughout his career, Deshpande has held finance roles within sales, marketing and supply chain teams, including regional responsibilities, and has also led organizational transformation projects.

In his most recent role in India, where he served as Finance Business Partnering Lead, Deshpande will be responsible for GSK Türkiye's finance operations within the scope of his new role.

In addition to his role as Finance Director, Rahul Deshpande will also be part of the GSK Türkiye Leadership Team.

With a global history of over 300 years and more than 65 years of operational experience in Türkiye, GSK continues its drug and vaccine development efforts in the field of biopharma.
