Generica İlaç names new Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director position at Generica İlaç, which has made headlines recently with its newly acquired production facility, expanding product portfolio and industry awards, has been filled by Nihan Gülşen Güler. After graduating from Istanbul University's Faculty of Business Administration and completing an English-language MBA at the same institution, Güler, who believes in lifelong development, pursues her passion for psychology through a Master's degree programme in Psychology at a private university. Güler began her professional career in 2005 as a Medical Representative at Roche, where she worked as a Human Resources Specialist from 2006 to 2009. She continued her career in the field as Senior Human Resources Specialist at Sandoz, followed by Human Resources Manager at Ströer. Most recently, from 2016 to 2019, she served as Factory Human Resources Manager at Novartis. Believing that success is inevitable in an environment where people feel valued, Güler will lead Human Resources processes in Generica İlaç's journey to becoming a significantly stronger organization as the company expands with swift and determined steps, drawing on her 15 years of professional experience.
