Senior Appointment Made at CUBO

CUBO Announces Senior Management Appointment İsmail Helvacıoğlu, who has served as Sales and Marketing Director at CUBO since 2016, has been appointed Deputy General Manager of CUBO. Helvacıoğlu, who joined the CUBO family in 2016 and continued his role as Sales and Marketing Director, will now assume the position of Deputy General Manager.

Born in 1978, İsmail Helvacıoğlu completed his university education abroad in business administration and has worked as a professional manager in the construction materials sector for nearly 20 years. The company operating under the name Başergün Boya ve Kimya A.Ş. continues to serve the sector with the "CUBO" brand. İsmail Helvacıoğlu is the company's new Deputy General Manager. Helvacıoğlu, who will lead the vision of the company—which has attracted attention in recent years with its mission of "Flawless Solutions in Construction" and its goal of becoming "the sector's leading company"—is married with two children.     History Our company began its activities in the construction materials sector in 1994 as Başergün İnşaat and changed its name to Başergün Boya ve Kimya A.S. in 2004, starting production of construction and industrial paints under the CUBO brand. To meet the growing needs of the thermal insulation sector, Başergün Boya invested in an EPS and Building Chemicals facility in 2012, continuing its contribution to Turkey's economy. With this investment, Başergün Boya became one of the few manufacturers in Turkey capable of producing construction paints, industrial paints, building chemicals (ceramic group, waterproofing, thermal insulation) and EPS in an integrated facility, a position it maintains today.
