Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey Financial Controller Umut Eken Promoted to Controller Role in IMETA Region
Umut Eken, serving as Financial Controller at Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey, has been appointed as Controller for the India, Middle East, Turkey, Africa (IMETA) Region Human Health Business Unit, headquartered in Dubai.

The company has announced that Umut Eken has been appointed as Controller to the Boehringer Ingelheim IMETA Region Human Health Business Unit, headquartered in Dubai.
Umut Eken joined Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey in 2020 and served as Financial Controller in the Human Health area. During his tenure, he has achieved significant accomplishments through his contributions to the company.

Umut Eken began his career in 2010 as Financial Reporting & Control Specialist at Real Hypermarkets Chain and continued in this role until September 2011.
Between September 2011 and November 2013, he served as Financial Analysis and Budget Reporting Specialist at Ströer Out-of-Home Media AG.
Eken started as Financial Controller at BSH Home Appliances in December 2013 and concluded his tenure as Financial Control Manager in September 2017.
Until April 2020, he served as Global Budget Planning and Finance Manager at Hayat Kimya. In 2020, he joined Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey Human Health Business Unit as Financial Controller.
