Two Senior Appointments at Bayer Farma

Two senior appointments made at Bayer Pharma Division. As part of the organizational transformation launched to increase the value Bayer Pharma delivers to its customers and stakeholders, Sibel Peştemalcıgil, working as Business Unit Leader in Bayer Pharma/Ophthalmology Division, was appointed Pharma Marketing Leader.   • Sibel Peştemalcıgil, working as Bayer Pharma/Ophthalmology Business Unit Leader, was appointed Pharma Marketing Leader. • Çağrı Maraşlı, working as Bayer Pharma/General Therapeutics Business Unit Leader, was appointed Pharma Sales Leader. • Peştemalcıgil and Maraşlı will report to Per Edlund, Head of Pharma Turkey and Iran Country Group.   Bayer Pharma/General Therapeutics Division Business Unit Leader Çağrı Maraşlı became Pharma Sales Leader.     After graduating from Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering Department, Sibel Peştemalcıgil completed her MBA at European School of Management and Technology in Germany and joined Bayer in 2008.   Peştemalcıgil has more than 15 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and holds expertise in marketing, sales, strategic planning and launch excellence.     After graduating from Başkent University Biomedical Engineering, Çağrı Maraşlı completed his Master's degree in Business Administration at Hacettepe University.   Since 2005, Maraşlı has specialized in sales, marketing and business development in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, holding various positions domestically and internationally over the past 10 years.   About Bayer Bayer is a global company specializing in life sciences related to health and nutrition.
