Dr. Bilgen Dölek appointed Market Access and R&D Director.
Biotech company Amgen Turkey has consolidated commercial and technical operations for Mustafa Nevzat under a single management center. To enable stronger representation of Amgen and Mustafa Nevzat Pharma's commercial operations across all platforms, the Market Access and R&D teams have also been merged.
Bilgen Dölek, who held the position of Market Access and Corporate Relations Director at the company, has now assumed management of the R&D Unit as well, becoming Market Access and R&D Director.
With 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 12 years in pharmaceutical companies, Dr. Bilgen Dölek has worked in management teams at leading pharmaceutical firms Bristol-Myers Squibb and Amgen Turkey. At these companies, he held positions including Senior Medical Manager, Business Unit Director, and Market Access and Corporate Relations Director.
Most recently, as Market Access and Corporate Relations Director at Amgen Turkey and its subsidiary Mustafa Nevzat Pharma, Dölek assumed his new role as Market Access and R&D Director effective 1 February. In his new position, Dr. Bilgen Dölek will be responsible for Market Access, R&D, Corporate Relations and Health Policy.
